Shinjuku, the megastation

The second time I couldn’t find the exit at Shinjuku station turned out to be my lucky day. I ended up in a wonderful book shop in one of those mousetrap corridors. After that, I decided to explore more undergrounds without any plan for the rest of the morning.

The station is good example of Metaman. Superorganism with a life of its own. Some people get trapped inside the station for days, or years!

That’s when I understood the station speaks to you and decides when you’re allowed back to the surface. “Only when you are ready.”
